Refund Policy — PrimusTrader

PrimusTrader is a digital product. Your license key and download access are delivered to you instantly upon purchase. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.

All sales are final — no refunds. When you complete checkout, your license key is issued and your download is made available right away. For this reason we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

1.Why All Sales Are Final

PrimusTrader is downloadable software licensed to you, not a physical good or a recurring subscription. Once your payment is processed, your lifetime license key is generated and your download is unlocked immediately. As the software has been delivered and cannot be “returned,” purchases are non-refundable.

2.Try Before You Buy

Before purchasing, we encourage you to review the full feature list, screenshots, and frequently asked questions on our website so you know exactly what you are buying. PrimusTrader ships with a built-in paper-trading mode so you can run every strategy with no real money at risk after purchase. 3.Technical Issues

If you run into a technical problem installing or running PrimusTrader, contact us at kurtis@primustrader.com and we will do our best to help you get up and running. Trading losses, dissatisfaction with strategy performance, or a change of mind are not eligible for a refund — see our Terms of Service regarding trading risk.

4.Payment Processor & Buyer Protection

Our purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. In limited circumstances, Lemon Squeezy may apply its own buyer-protection or chargeback policies, which operate independently of this Refund Policy and may override it where required by their terms or by applicable law. Where the law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund, nothing in this policy limits that right.

5.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
